Fixed Term Contract

We're currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst based in and around Leamington Spa to work within a state of the art, high output diagnostics laboratory environment as part of the UK's NHS Test and Trace programme, helping society's return to a more normal way of life.

What you can expect:

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for extracting and preparing data for analysis. They will provide insight and executable data to the Supply Chain Management and Procurement teams, and also build and publish Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement KPIs

What we're looking for:

  • Provide expert analytical and data modelling support to the Supply Chain and Logistics teams.

  • Develop, Build and run business tools for managing Inventory segmentation, Demand Forecasts, Safety Stock ad Reorder Point setting, PO management, Supplier Delivery monitoring and Procurement decision support tools.

  • Support storage space and Location control decisions on site and at any off-site storage facilities.

  • Develop, build and maintain Supply Chain and Logistics Dashboards, KPI's and performance reporting.

  • Owns Item Master Data structures, attributes and BOM file (with input from Science Dev Team).

  • Take a lead role on SC and Log aspects of Oracle implementation.

In return:

You will receive a minimum 18-month contract with opportunity to go permanent and competitive rate of pay and a 10% retention payment (paid at 9 and 18 months). Additional benefits include Company Sick Pay, Covid Sick Pay and Overtime Pay.


Working hours and shift times

The hours are Mon - Fri 9-5.30
