We're currently seeking a PA to Senior Leadership Team - Leamington Spa-based to work within a state of the art, high throughput diagnostics laboratory environment as part of the UK's NHS Test and Trace programme.

As well as playing a vital role in supporting society's return to a more normal way of life by helping to break the chains of COVID-19 transmission, you will also gain invaluable experience and exposure to some of the country's most highly skilled individuals in the scientific community.

Your responsibilities:

As a PA to the Senior Leadership Team you will support the senior leadership team of 2 execs with complex diary management and scheduling. The PA will have access to highly classified information, strategy and direction of the project and will be responsible for the coordination of key meeting for the SLT as well as acting as the first point of contact for the team. You will have excellent networking skills and gatekeep when necessary. You will also get the chance to step up as the EA during this person's holidays and absences to support at c-suit.

Duties will include, but will not be exclusive to:

  • Complex diary and meeting scheduling for 2 senior leaders
  • Supporting with governance and board packs for meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Responding to SLT routine correspondence and manage inboxes
  • Booking extensive travel arrangements/ itineraries
  • Organising both internal and external events, liaising with stakeholders as well as the wider team

Your experience:

We are seeking an experience PA who has experience organising multiple and complex diaries. You will have worked at senior leadership level before and work with real confidence to support them. Resilience in working, you will have to be dynamic in your approach as the environment is constantly evolving day to day
