We're currently seeking an Inventory Control Lead based in and around Leamington Spa to work within a state of the art, high output diagnostics laboratory environment as part of the UK's NHS Test and Trace programme, helping society's return to a more normal way of life.

What you can expect:

  • This role will ensure the inventory is managed on-site through inbound to warehouse locations and outbound to the specific laboratory areas.

  • Maintaining relationships between inventory and warehouse locations.

  • Managing the cycle count process and physical stock checks.

  • Ensuring controlled products are managed appropriately and logged to legal requirements

  • Manage the daily end-to-end inventory transactions (Supplier, to site, to warehouse, to lab)

  • Accountability for inventory and Warehouse location accuracy

  • Form the interface between supplier, warehouse and lab for inventory movements

  • Manage and report on consignment stock

  • Manage the Batch Control and Quarantine/Fit stock process

What we're looking for:

  • Experience of working in an inventory control role

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Access

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Understanding of inventory control in a warehouse environment

In return:

You will receive a minimum 18-month contract with opportunity to go permanent and competitive rate of pay and a 10% retention payment (paid at 9 and 18 months). Additional benefits include Company Sick Pay, Covid Sick Pay and Overtime Pay.

Mon - Fri 9 - 5.30
